This is a MATURE specimen. Jerry Horne is a uniquely shaped climbing philodendron. Each leaf varies slightly in the elongated canoe shape making it quite interesting.
I would say these are more of an affordable version of longilabatum.
This plant will grow best attached to a wood or moss pole, in bright indirect or filtered light, with ample humidity.
